Hebrew Students are having fun preparing Israeli Dishes
Third-year Hebrew students had class in Professor Seltzer’s kitchen where they learned to cook Israeli dishes such as Shakshuka, Israeli salad, and Borekas following recipes in Hebrew. When the food was ready, the students and Professor Seltzer sat together to sample the home-cooked dishes and share conversations in Hebrew. This hands-on activity was part of Hebrew 211, a class Professor Seltzer taught during Fall 2023.
